BENEFITS: The information gathered by the HEALTH ASSESSMENT will provide me with accurate information to gauge your current fitness level and ultimately provide you with effective, goal-oriented fitness programs. Participation in a regular minimum two-times/week program is required to produce efficient, REAL results! Physical activity has been shown to produce improved cardiovascular efficiency, increased muscular strength, flexibility, power, endurance, and improved body composition.
RISKS: There exists the possibility of certain risks during the HEALTH ASSESSMENT and/or during an exercise program. These risks include possible injury to the musculoskeletal system (sprains and strains), the cardiovascular and respiratory system that might present as abnormal blood pressure, fainting, irregular heart-beat and in very rare circumstances heart attack.
